General Information
Registered students will receive a password allowing them to access the course materials at any time. Students may access the lessons and content reviews, usage exercises, and reference pages as many times and as often as they wish.

Usage exercises and content reviews are completed online, and assignments will be posted directly to the Discussion Board for instructor feedback.

If a student completes all of the course assignments, he or she is eligible for a certificate of completion. Students can request a certificate by emailing the Web administrator via the Contact Us page. In your request, please include your name as you'd like it to appear on the certificate and your postal address. The certificate will be sent by postal mail.

    Students who register will be given given access to course materials within 2 business days of registration. To register for this course, please go to our secure registration area.     Refund Policy
    A student has three days to withdraw from a course for a full refund.
